Senior Danish Language Training Specialist

Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Danish speaker to join our Language Training Specialist team in Riga.

We expect You to:

·         Have proficient or native level Danish language and very good English skills (spoken and written) in order to effectively participate in communication within Global teams

·         Have at least 3 years experience within educational sector, as a lector, trainer and/or degree in Scandinavian languages

·         Possess passion for teaching and positive attitude

·         Have very good communication skills, patience, empathy and creativity

·         Have team spirit and coaching attitude

·         Have very good organizational and time management skills

·         Have ability to work in a multicultural business environment

·         Have openness for challenges, non-standard teaching materials

You can expect to:

·         Develop the CEFR B1/B2 level curriculum (incl. selection of training materials and program)

·         Lead intensive training to Cognizant employees (intensive training: 4 h hybrid training + 4 h consultancy and other shorter forms of training)

·         Evaluate trainees and provide appropriate feedback on their language performance

·         Administrate and manage language batches

·         Plan, prepare and develop Danish lessons for a range of employees

·         Provide trainees with appropriate individual tasks for the second part of the day

·         Have good knowledge of the teaching and material for intensive training

·         Cooperate with other trainers

·         Revise, write and produce new training tasks, among other things for our digital platform

·         Make additional training

·         Plan, prepare and develop short-term Danish training based on employees request and possessed language level (upskilling/reskilling)

·         Prepare training programs and material for short-term training
