Facility and Maintenance Coordinator

FACILITY AND MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - PREMIER RESTAURANTS BALTICS

Premier Restaurants Baltics, the operator of 42 McDonald’s restaurants, is seeking to recruit a Facility and Maintenance Coordinator. This role will involve supporting and coordinating the execution of small-scale Capex tasks and preventive maintenance for restaurant assets and facilities, ensuring smooth operations and the achievement of business goals.

We expect you to have:

• First-level higher education in the field
• Technical/maintenance and/or engineering qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical/maintenance and/or engineering position
• Good MS Office operating knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and access to a private car
• Knowledge of CAD will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of any Baltic languages is beneficial
• Self-starter capable of working accurately with minimal supervision
• Clear, confident communicator, pleasant, approachable and self-disciplined

We will entrust you with:

• Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of productive relationships with external technical partners and stakeholders to ensure adherence to company standards and budget constraints
• Oversee capital expenditure execution and maintenance planning
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and maintenance across locations
• Control costs, maintain paperwork standards, and assist staff with project management
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and support development projects as needed
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, verify legal compliance, and confirm resource readiness to meet project deadlines
