What We’re Looking For:

- Student in IT 
- Passion for customer experience, problem-solving, and fintech innovation. 
- Strong communication skills (English; other languages are a plus!). 
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a hunger to learn. 

What You’ll Do 
 
Work with top-tier fintech tools and AI-driven support systems. 
 
 - Deliver assistance to top-tier clients, promptly addressing their technical queries and issues. 
 - Communicate empathetically, ensuring a caring and friendly manner in all interactions. 
-  Aim for exceptional customer service and satisfaction, aiming to delight customers in every interaction 
-  Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve issues through channels such as email and live chat.
