Customer Service Agent role is a key role for our business.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who is able to put customers at the heart of our business, creating pleasurable and entertaining journey for them across all touch points.

YOU NEED:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Very good computer and typing skills.
• Ability to focus on details and multitask.
• Strong active listening skills - give attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand, and ask questions when appropriate.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude.
• Readiness to work flexible hours from 10:00 till 24:00 (Monday-Sunday).
