JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create innovative and compelling design solutions that are consistent and strategically aligned with the Brands.
• Effectively design solutions in accordance with project constraints and parameters, including quality and timeline metrics.
• Successfully execute creative and art direction on assigned projects, either independently or by leading junior designers, freelancers and/ or photographers as needed.
• Execute high-quality design work on assigned projects in a variety of media- digital and knowledge of basic print requirements.
• Cooperate with departments to understand their goals and KPIs that are applicable to design work execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a designer or similar role.
Proficient in Adobe Suite.
Good understanding of composition, typography and palette.
Ability to adapt to any style and be flexible.
Strong design style and creative solutions that work within the constraints of brief and online file size when applicable.
English language skills in written and verbal at least on an intermediate level.
Genuine interest in the iGaming field.

DARBA PIENĀKUMI:

• Radīt inovatīvus un pārliecinošus dizaina risinājumus, kuri ir konsekventi un saskaņoti ar zīmoliem.
