REQUIREMENTS
✅Very good knowledge of English
✅The ability not to get confused and to cope with stre ssful situations with a smile on the phone
✅Positivism and ability to take care of people on the phone
✅Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Work shifts:
morning shift 09:00-21:00
evening shift 13:00-01:00

RESPONSIBILITIES
✅Handling incoming calls and advising clients
✅Providing product information, recommending suitable solutions and processing current orders
✅Sale of company services and registration of new reservations
