Sales Manager / Product Manager

SIA Telpa EC is a new company founded by three brothers to bring their entrepreneurial ideas to life. Currently, the main area of the company's activity is launching an online construction materials store in the B2B segment.

Our team is looking for a Sales Manager, who is responsible, reliable, and independent. You will have the opportunity to lift a new project from the ground and develop into a success story from the ground up.

Candidate requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Latvian, good knowledge of English and Russian;

- Ability to work independently and systematically;

- Computer literacy, previous experience with website administration is a plus;

- Knowledge and experience in construction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

- Active search for clients in construction and related industries;

- Administration of sales processes (organization of deliveries, preparation of documents);

- Online store management and improvement oversight;

- Customer support.
