UI/UX Designer intern

Role Overview:
As a UI/UX and Graphic Design Intern, you will play a key role in supporting various design needs across the company. This includes creating visuals for internal projects, supporting our HR team with banners and materials, and assisting with presentation designs. As you grow in this role, you may also have the opportunity to work on larger projects, contributing to our core component styles and defining visual standards for our website and app designs.

This position is an unpaid internship and an internship agreement with the educational institution is required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Design, Art, or related program.
  
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, or Sketch.
  
• Mindset: Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in UI/UX design.
  
• Collaboration: Able to work in a team environment, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent English Proficiency: Required for communication across our international locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of design principles for web.
• An understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Interest in gaining exposure to component-driven design and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to create designs for small-scale company projects.
• Develop banners, promotional content, and other materials for HR.
• Assist in crafting visually engaging presentations.
• Support the design team in creating common component styles for larger projects.
• Participate in the development of consistent website and app style guides.
