Office Administrator Intern

What we expect from you:

• Tripartite internship agreement provided by your university
• Good command of Excel
• Good written and spoken English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to easily adapt to a fast-paced environment

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Welcoming company visitors
• Supporting teammates and managers with administrative tasks
• Managing company accounts and organizing shipments (Latvijas Pasts, DHL, A1, etc.)
• Submitting reports and coordinating the circulation of documents
