AML/KYC INTERN – LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Squalio is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Legal Department as AML/KYC Interns. As an AML/KYC Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance review processes of the business. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure that our company complies with all relevant regulations and standards

·         Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Strong analytical and research skills, and data analyst mindset.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Latvian and English.

Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and best practices is a plus

·         Assist in conducting AML/KYC due diligence on new and existing clients.

·         Review and analyze customer information and transactional data.

·         Assist in the development and implementation of AML/KYC policies and procedures.

·         Conduct research on AML/KYC regulations and best practices.

·         Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities.

·         Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements.
