We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and designers to execute various marketing activities, including writing social media posts, redesigning marketing materials, designing and ordering merchandise, and creating content for our website. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing skills and grow within our company.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships and relevant coursework will be considered).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM software.
- Knowledge of financial services or fintech industry.
Duties
- Collaborate with the team and designers to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging and creative social media posts to promote our products and services.
- Assist in the redesign and updating of marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines.
- Design and order promotional merchandise for events, client gifts, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and update content for the company website, including blog posts, product descriptions, and news updates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and webinars.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
