IT Trainee Program - Software Development

About the role

For the 12th time, our If IT Trainee program is accepting applications from people who want to start their career as software developers or testers. This is a fantastic chance to kickstart your tech career and join our team!

What are you going to do?

If IT trainee program offers 3 x 3 x 3 month learning cycle. 

• The first three months are for learning C# .Net and Object Oriented Programming best practices, SQL, WEB and responsive UI. You will experience group work and apply your skills in developing internal applications while getting regular feedback from your mentor.
• The next three months you’d gain practical experience working together with our teams and developing real business solutions for our in-house projects.
• The last three months are the probation period in your contract as a full-time employee for If. You’d receive your own onboarding buddy who will help guide you through your onboarding and be an additional shoulder to rely on.
   

What do we expect from you?

• Final-year IT students or individuals with knowledge of any programming language, including web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• A basic understanding of the software development process and testing
• Good English skills
• Willingness to learn, challenge yourself and become a part of If tech community
• The ability to dedicate at least 30 hours a week for trainee program during the working hours (9:00 - 18:00)
• You have to be at least 18 years old
