We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative to support our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the achievement of our sales targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within our company.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales or a related field (internships and relevant coursework will be considered).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Understanding of the financial services or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of AML and KYC processes and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Duties
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various channels, including research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our AML and KYC services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Track and report on sales activities and results, using CRM software to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
