You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Strong command of Latvian and English
• Possibility to work fully on-site
• Prior experience in office administration
• Understanding of basic technical support (hardware and software), and willingness to learn some more
• Proactive attitude and good attention to details

We will entrust you with:

• Taking care of Magebit office - both functionality and cleanliness
• Organizing supplies for office - starting from coffee and daily snacks to choosing the best gifts for Magebit employees and clients
• Helping with employee and career events organization 
• Providing basic technical support - set up a workstation for new colleagues, be responsible for base technical equipment
• Be the first point of contact for employees in office questions
