You would love to take care of Magebit office: starting from organizing the work of cleaning staff, to looking for opportunities on how to make the office more organized and cozy on the daily basis
You feel confident to be on the top of supplies: starting from coffee and daily snacks to choosing the best Birthday gifts for Magebit employees
You have attention to detail and the ability to support HR, Finance, and Management with preparing the necessary documentation, working on some organizational tasks
You have the interest to support HR team activities, such as Onboarding for example
You would love to organize team-building events: we have at least 1 monthly (cartings, diving, online parties, and challenges for colleagues working remotely - you can really go wild here and make your craziest ideas happen!)
You have good Latvian and English knowledge
