About the role

If you're looking for a paid internship with the potential for a full-time job in tech, we have an exciting opportunity for you! For the 12th time, our If IT Trainee program is accepting applications from people who want to start their career as software developers or testers. This is a fantastic chance to kickstart your tech career and join our team!

What are you going to do?

If IT trainee program offers 3 x 3 x 3 month learning cycle. 

• The first three months are for learning: What is testing? How should a tester think? What types and tools can be used for testing? How to test mobile applications? During these months we’ll address these and many more theoretical questions and practical skills.
• The next three months are used to polish acquired knowledge and skills in teams while working on real business projects.
• The last three months are the probation period in your contract as a full-time employee for If. You’d receive your own onboarding buddy who will help guide you through your onboarding and be an additional shoulder to rely on.

What do we expect from you?

• Good computer skills
• Basic understanding about software delivery process and testing
• Interest about the field of quality assurance
• Good English skills
• Willingness to learn, challenge yourself and become a part of If tech community
• The ability to dedicate at least 30 hours a week for trainee program during the working hours (9:00 - 18:00)
• You have to be at least 18 years old
